This program applies only to homes considered "all electric" and located in Franklin PUD's service area. This energy cost estimating tool only provides general estimates of your energy annual cost. It estimates and rates annual costs for three categories: (1) Heating, (2) Cooling and (3) Non Heating and Cooling. Your actual costs will vary. A browser version 4.x or higher is required to utilize this page.
