Availability Service under this schedule shall
be available throughout the service area of the District
for lighting and power to industrial loads where measured
demand equals or exceeds 3,000 kW at least 3 months
in a calendar year.

Unmetered Service Unmetered service may be provided where, in the opinion of
the District, the usage can be computed without the use of a meter.
Minimum Bill Basic charge, but not less than $0.75 per month per KVA of transformer capacity
required to serve the load unless otherwise provided by contract.
Determination of Demand Demand measurement will be made by suitable instruments at
point of delivery and will be the highest average kW load during any 30-minute
period each month.
Power Factor Adjustment The measured demand for billing purposes will be increased
1% for each 1%, or fraction thereof, by which the average power factor is less
than 0.95 lagging.
Primary Service Discount A primary service discount of $0.25 per kilowatt on the demand
charge may be allowed if the customer accepts service at primary voltage at a
single delivery and metering point. The customer shall own and maintain all equipment
on the load side of the system connection.
Billing and Terms of Payment Bills will be computed at monthly intervals. Bills are due
and payable when issued. Failure to receive a bill shall not release the purchaser
from liability for payment. Bills not paid in full on or before the twentieth
day after the date of the bill are subject to an additional charge. This charge
shall be one percent (1%) of unpaid amounts on monthly bills, and shall be applied
at subsequent billings.
General Terms and Conditions Service under this classification is subject to the General
Rules and Regulations of the District.
