Some appliances, such as horizontal
axis washing machines and electric water heaters
Residential Low Interest Loans, for Eligible Conservation
Measures, are available in loan amounts from $400.00 to
$7000.00 for a single-family residence and up to $10,000
for a multi-family building. Interest rates can be as
low as 3% Annual Percentage Rate (APR). We require a minimum
monthly payment of $35.00.
