Jean
Ryckman - Manager
Jean Ryckman joined Franklin
PUD in 1980. She has held various positions in
the Engineering Department, including Project
Engineer, before a promotion in 1994 to Public
Information Officer. Suggestions for improvement
of PUD Operations earned her the Public Power
Spirit Award in 1992. Ryckman was named Director
of Customer Service and Sales as part of the District's
reorganization in 1998, and now has the position
of Manager at the PUD. |
