Pending Standards Needing Finalization:

• Fuel Sources Standard
• Fossil Fuel Generation Efficiency Standards

(Public comment period ended September 30, 2007; however, we are extending the comment period to July 14, 2008.  Franklin PUD Commissioners will make a final determination on the adoption of these standards at the July 22, 2008 regular board meeting.
