If you purchase appliances or install other conservation
measures yourself, you must satisfy all Franklin PUD specifications,
so please ask. These Authorized
Contractors will
abide by all of the Franklin PUD specifications. All work
must pass the Franklin PUD inspection before loan funds
may be disbursed, allow 30 days for rebate processing.
Energy Star appliances and lighting require submittal of
original receipt and inspection authorization. Heat pump
incentives may require that the residence must first have
all feasible high priority thermal shell and house tightening
measures installed.
