Availability Service under this schedule shall
be available throughout the service area of the District
for lighting and power to commercial, industrial, public
buildings, and other services not eligible under other
rate schedules where measured demand is less than 50
kW at least 10 times during any calendar year.

such phase and voltage as the District may have available.

Unmetered Service Unmetered service may be provided where, in the opinion of
the District, the usage can be computed without the use of a meter.
Minimum Bill Basic charge, but not less than $0.75 per month per KVA of
transformer capacity required to serve the load unless otherwise provided by
contract.
Billing and Terms of Payment Bills will be computed at monthly intervals. Bills are due and payable when issued.
Failure to receive a bill shall not release the purchaser from liability for
payment. Bills not paid in full on or before the twentieth day after the date
of the bill are subject to an additional charge. This charge shall be one percent
(1%) of unpaid amounts on monthly bills, and shall be applied at subsequent billings.
General Terms and Conditions Service under this classification
is subject to the General Rules and Regulations of the
District.
