We offer Low-income Disabled Customer Discounts. A 30% discount is available for those customers that qualify for special parking privileges, blind, disabled, and handicapped or an incapacitated person as defined under the Revised Code of the State of Washington (RCW). Total annual income (including spouse or co-tenant) is at or below the 125% federal poverty level. A physician's certificate is required if the customer does not qualify for a State of Washington special parking permit.
