Medical Alert Designation

For our customers who are on life support and would like to be notified in advance of planned electrical outages, the customer must complete a Request for Medical Alert Designation, which includes a Medical Certificate to be completed by a licensed medical physician. Ths form is also available at our main administration building or by calling customer service at 509-547-5591.
