Stuart Nelson was sworn in October 1, 2003 to the Franklin PUD Board of Commissioners. Stu Nelson, owner of Stu's Teamsports, Inc. located in Pasco, Washington has been a small business owner for twenty-six years. He has served on the City of Pasco Planning Commission and the Tri-City Country Club Board. Stu has lived in Pasco for 44 years.

Roger Wright was elected in November 2010 as Franklin PUD Commissioner.  Roger was born and raised on a farm in Moses Lake, Washington. With the exception of his college years attending Portland State University where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and two years living in South Africa, he has always lived in Eastern Washington.  Roger has  been a Pasco resident for the last 24 years where he has held a variety of engineering and construction related jobs including serving on the Franklin County Irrigation District board of Directors from 1991-1996 and working for the City of Richland from 1991-1999 (the last four years as their City Engineer).  He is now self-employed with his own local engineering consulting firm.

Bill Gordon was elected to the Board in November 2002. Bill moved to Franklin County in 1980 where he and his brother planted a vineyard along the Snake River, near Levey Park. Now retired, Bill lives in Pasco and is a former partner in Gordon Brothers Winery and Gordon Brothers Inc. He graduated with a BA in Hotel & Restaurant Administration from Washington State University and worked in hotels throughout the U.S., Munich and Johannesburg. He also farmed with his Dad in St. John, Washington for 5 years.
