Stuart Nelson - President - Current Term 1/1/2007 to 12/31/2012 Phone: (509) 545-6202 | Fax: (509) 547-4116 Stuart Nelson was sworn in October 1, 2003 to the Franklin PUD Board of Commissioners. Stu Nelson, owner of Stu's Teamsports, Inc. located in Pasco, Washington has been a small business owner for twenty-six years. He has served on the City of Pasco Planning Commission and the Tri-City Country Club Board. Stu has lived in Pasco for 44 years.

Roger Wright - Vice President - Current Term 1/1/2011 to 12/31/2016 Phone: (509) 366-7455 | Fax: (509) 547-4116 Roger Wright was elected in November 2010 as Franklin PUD Commissioner. Roger was born and raised on a farm in Moses Lake, Washington. With the exception of his college years attending Portland State University where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and two years living in South Africa, he has always lived in Eastern Washington. Roger has been a Pasco resident for the last 24 years where he has held a variety of engineering and construction related jobs including serving on the Franklin County Irrigation District board of Directors from 1991-1996 and working for the City of Richland from 1991-1999 (the last four years as their City Engineer). He is now self-employed with his own local engineering consulting firm.

Bill Gordon - Secretary - Current Term 1/1/2009 to 12/31/2014 Phone: (509) 544-0231 | Fax: (509) 547-4116 Bill Gordon was elected to the Board in November 2002. Bill moved to Franklin County in 1980 where he and his brother planted a vineyard along the Snake River, near Levey Park. Now retired, Bill lives in Pasco and is a former partner in Gordon Brothers Winery and Gordon Brothers Inc. He graduated with a BA in Hotel & Restaurant Administration from Washington State University and worked in hotels throughout the U.S., Munich and Johannesburg. He also farmed with his Dad in St. John, Washington for 5 years.
