This site provides information regarding purchasing and contracting opportunities at the District. Although we update the information as frequently as possible, we make no guarantee that the information is always current. When sealed bids for work or goods are sought, the sealed bids will be delivered to the Purchasing Manager for the District located at 1411 W. Clark St, Pasco, Washington. Bid documents may be examined at the District’s Purchasing Department with advance notice. This web site is intended to supplement, not replace, official methods of disseminating bid information.
The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality or exception, to accept any alternate bid, and to make such award that it deems to be in its best interest and pursuant to the terms of the contract documents.
