Budget Payment Plan
Would you like your electric bill payment to be the same amount each month? If so, the Budget Payment Plan will work for you.
Here’s how it works. A zero balance on your account is required to sign up for the plan. Your payment amount is based on an average of the last 12 months of electric bills at your current address. Once your payment is calculated and you sign up for the Budget Payment Plan, your account is evaluated every 6 months and your payment amount is adjusted accordingly, if necessary.
Once you sign up, keep an eye on your balance. Even though you are on the Budget Payment Plan, you are still responsible for paying for the power you use. So, if you choose to go off the Budget Payment Plan, close your account, or move to another address, you may have a balance due, or better yet, a credit due to you.
