Commission Meeting Information
Commission meetings are regularly scheduled at 1:00 p.m. on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month. They are held at Franklin PUD's administrative building auditorium, located at 1411 W Clark Street, Pasco, WA. Each year, the Commission Meeting Schedule is adopted, approved by motion and made available to the public. The schedule is subject to change based upon the business needs of the District; and occasionally it is necessary to hold additional meetings or workshops. Those meetings/workshops are special meetings and are advertised to the public at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting. All Commission meetings are open to the public. The Commission recognizes the public’s interest in many topics discussed at their meetings and welcomes public comment. The Public Participation in Commission Meetings Policy sets guidelines to facilitate public participation while still permitting timely consideration of all Commission and District business. Rules of procedure and official actions of the board are recorded in the meeting minutes.
