Public Hearing Notice: Proposed Rate Action for 2027
Franklin PUD will hold a series of two public hearings on a proposed rate action for 2027. The two hearings will take place on Tuesday, October 13, 2026 at 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. at Franklin PUD’s Auditorium located at 1411 W Clark St., Pasco, WA. The public is invited to attend the hearing and make comments. Written comments may be mailed to Franklin PUD, P.O. Box 2407, Pasco, WA 99302-2407 or emailed to mailto:clerkoftheboard@franklinpud.com . Comments must be received no later than Monday, October 12, 2026, by 12:00 p.m. to be included in the hearing.
