Low-Income Discounts Available for Qualifying Franklin PUD Residents:

If you’re a low-income senior citizen or a low-income person with a disability (or live with one) and have residential service under Rate Schedules 1 or 1.2, you may be eligible for a discounted electric rate. More information for each discounts is listed below:

Low Income Senior

Qualified Franklin PUD customers may be eligible to receive a 15% or 30% monthly discount based on age and annual household income.
