2026 Commission Meeting Documents.

Franklin PUD Commission meetings are held on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month (2026 Full Meeting Schedule). The first meeting of the month is held only if the Commission has business to transact. Additional meetings or workshops pertaining to specific projects at the PUD will be advertised as special meetings with at least 24-hour notice of a meeting to the public.

SPECIAL MEETING, SEPTEMBER 24, 2026

A Special Joint Meeting of the Franklin PUD Commission, Big Bend Electric Cooperative Board, and the Port of Pasco Commission will be held on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. at the Port of Pasco, 1110 Osprey Point Blvd, Ste. 201, Pasco, WA.
The purpose of the meeting will be for the Boards to jointly participate in presentations provided by each of the agencies and to attend an offsite tour of Pasco properties. The meeting will be conducted in open session, in person only, with no final action to be taken on any matter. Special Meeting Notice.
