Commission Meeting Information
Commission meetings are regularly scheduled at 1:00 p.m. on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month in the District’s auditorium* at the Pasco administrative building located at 1411 West Clark Street, Pasco, WA. Each year, the Commission Meeting Schedule is approved by motion and made available to the public. The schedule is subject to change based upon the business needs of the District; and occasionally it is necessary to hold additional meetings or workshops. Those meetings/workshops are special meetings and are advertised to the public at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting. All Commission meetings are open to the public. Rules of procedure and official actions of the Commission are recorded in the meeting minutes.

Public Comments on District Business and Agenda Items
Public comments on District business, or items on the meeting agenda are accepted in-person and from those attending via remote technology at the beginning of each regularly scheduled commission meetings, as indicated on the meeting agenda.
- In-person or remote comments may be limited to three minutes.
- Written comments can be sent ahead of the meeting and must be received at least two days prior to the meeting to ensure proper distribution to the Board of Commissioners.
- Comments can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or mailed to PO BOX 2407, Pasco, WA, 99302.
Notice of Public Hearing - 2023 Operating & Capital Budgets
Franklin PUD will hold the first in a series of 4 public hearings on the 2023 operating and capital budgets. The first hearing will take place during the Board of Commissioners regular meeting on September 27, 2022 at 1 p.m. at Franklin PUD’s Auditorium located at 1411 W Clark St., Pasco, WA. Additional public hearings have been scheduled at each of the following regular Commission meetings:
- October 25, 2022
- November 8, 2022, and
- December 13, 2022
The public is invited to attend the hearings and make comments. Remote technology attendance options will be published on Franklin PUD’s website www.franklinpud.com for each hearing. Written comments may be mailed to Franklin PUD, P.O. Box 2407, Pasco, WA 99302-2407 or emailed to email@example.com .
Comments must be received no later than Monday, September 26, 2022 by 5 PM to be included in the first public hearing.
Notice of Special Meeting September 27, 2022 at 10:00am - The purpose of the special meeting is to have a presentation and discussion on the District’s electric system. No action will be taken at this meeting.
