Our office will observe special hours for the holidays, closing early on Wednesday, December 24, at 4:00 p.m., and remaining CLOSED on Thursday, December 25, and Thursday, January 1. Please remember that payments can still be made 24/7 at our Payment Kiosk or online. To report an outage, please call our dedicated line at (509) 542-5300.

We are pleased to announce that the Franklin PUD Board of Commissioners has officially approved the 2026 Operating and Capital Budgets. The final approval took place following the last public hearing on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, during the regular Board meeting.
