Upcoming Public Hearings: Franklin PUD’s 2026 Preliminary Budgets

Franklin PUD will host a series of four public hearings regarding its proposed 2026 operating and capital budgets. These hearings offer an opportunity for our customers to provide comment on the proposed 2026 budget.

  • First Hearing: September 23, 2025
  • Second Hearing: October 28, 2025
  • Third Hearing: November 12, 2025
  • Final Hearing: December 9, 2025

Each hearing will be held during the Board of Commissioners’ regular meetings on Tuesday’s at 8:30 a.m. in the Franklin PUD Auditorium, located at 1411 W Clark St., Pasco, WA.

We welcome public participation. Attendees may join in person or remotely—details for remote access will be available at the commission meeting information page.
