new Franklin PUD communities or subdivisions: Please contact our Engineering
Department early in the process! We can help you with service availability, locations,
easements, line extensions, fees, and contracts. This guide outlines our standard
practices for fair service, based on current codes. Remember, any changes require pre-
approval from FPUD Engineering, and we’re here to answer any questions you may
have.
