Public Hearing Notice: Proposed Rate Action for 2027
Franklin PUD will hold a series of two public hearings on a proposed rate action for 2027. The two hearings will take place on Tuesday, October 13, 2026 at 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. at Franklin PUD’s Auditorium located at 1411 W Clark St., Pasco, WA. Find out more information here.
