Commission Meeting Information
Franklin PUD Commission meetings are held on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month (2024 Full Meeting Schedule). The first meeting of the month is held only if the Commission has business to transact. Additional meetings or workshops pertaining to specific projects at the PUD will be advertised as special meetings with at least 24-hour notice of a meeting to the public.

Remote attendance options are listed on each meeting agenda. Franklin PUD utilizes Zoom for remote attendance/participation.

Guidelines for Public Participation at Commission Meetings
Written comments can be sent ahead of a meeting and must be received at least two days prior to the meeting to ensure proper distribution to the District’s Board of Commissioners. Comments can be:

2025 Operating and Capital Budgets Hearings
Franklin PUD will hold a series of 4 public hearings on the 2025 operating and capital budgets. The hearings will take place during the Board of Commissioners regular meetings at Franklin PUD’s Auditorium located at 1411 W Clark St., Pasco, WA. The public is invited to attend the hearings and make comments. Remote technology attendance options will be published on Franklin PUD’s website www.franklinpud.com and each of the Commission meeting agendas. Written comments may be mailed to Franklin PUD, P.O. Box 2407, Pasco, WA 99302-2407 or emailed to clerkoftheboard@franklinpud.com. Comments must be received no later than Monday, December 9, 2024 by 5 p.m. to be included in the final hearing. Hearing dates are as follows:
1st: September 24
2nd: October 22
3rd: November 12
4th and final: December 10
