Commission Meeting Information
Franklin PUD Commission meetings are held on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month (2024 Full Meeting Schedule). The first meeting of the month is held only if the Commission has business to transact. Additional meetings or workshops pertaining to specific projects at the PUD will be advertised as special meetings with at least 24-hour notice of a meeting to the public.
The next meeting is a regular meeting scheduled for August 27, 2024 and will begin at 8:30 a.m. The meeting will be held at Franklin PUD's Auditorium.

Guidelines for Public Participation at Commission Meetings
Written comments can be sent ahead of a meeting and must be received at least two days prior to the meeting to ensure proper distribution to the District’s Board of Commissioners. Comments can be:

PUBLIC HEARING - INTEGRATED RESOURCE PLAN
Public Hearing to present information and take comment on the integrated resource plan – July 23, 2024
Franklin PUD will hold the first of two public hearings to present information and take comment on the District’s Integrated Resource Plan. The first hearing will take place during the Board of Commissioners regular meeting on July 23, 2024 at 8:30 a.m. at Franklin PUD’s Auditorium located at 1411 W Clark St., Pasco, WA. The public is invited to attend the hearings and make comments. Remote technology attendance options will be published on Franklin PUD’s website www.franklinpud.com. The second and final hearing will take place on August 27, 2024 during the Board of Commissioners regular meeting at 8:30 a.m.
Written comments may be mailed to Franklin PUD, P.O. Box 2407, Pasco, WA 99302-2407 or emailed to clerkoftheboard@franklinpud.com. Please include author’s name, physical address, and telephone number. Comments must be received no later than Monday, August 26, 2024 by 5 PM in order to be included in the hearing.
