Franklin PUD currently offers the following rebates:
- $50 rebate on qualifying ENERGY STAR® clothes washer
- $50 on qualifying ENERGY STAR® clothes dryer
- $100 on select smart thermostats
- Insulation - contact our Energy Services Department for details

Verify that the product you are purchasing meets the eligibility requirements listed on the ENERGY STAR® certified products.

How to apply for an Appliance Rebate
- Complete the Appliance Rebate Application
- Attach a copy of your receipt
- Submit your completed application and documentation to Franklin PUD by:
Mailing it to the Energy Services Department at P.O. Box 2407, Pasco, WA 99302;
E-mailing it to: energyservices@franklinpud.com
Rebate applications must be received within 60 days of purchase.
